We're from out of state called with a nail in my tire got me right in and back on the road in just a few minutes! Also showed me that my back brakes should be replaced soon! We had a great experience with Quality Care Tire & Auto. Our catalytic converter was stolen from our new minivan in May and again in June. Our dealership was providing zero help on how I could prevent it from happening again and didn't care. When I called QC they were friendly, straight-forward, commiserated with me on my string of bad luck and did an awesome job installing a 'cat wrap'. So far it has worked!

I have been going her since I moved back to East Bloomington about 1984. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their work is superb..... I have had no one but them work on any vehicle I have had... They are not only quality and give quality service... but kind and caring also. Thanks Quality Care/Cedar Ave/Shell for being you and giving such great service....

These guys are the most straight forward and honest mechanics I have ever had service with. Without sugar coating, they tell you if your vehicle needs something, or if you can live without it. I’ve gone there twice before, never had an issue, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my service.

I realized I had a flat tire coming out of mall of America. I was able to get here, and I am so glad that I did. The guys were extremely kind and happy to help. The mechanic explained everything thoroughly and offered to have me look at the tire together. I felt very comfortable with their advice and expertise.

I had broken the covering of my gas cap over the weekend on a cold day trying to open it. I had called another place that begrudgingly agreed to see me 4 days later. I called Quality Care Tire & Auto and they told me to stop by to see if they could fix it. I arrived and they looked at it immediately. Within 10 minutes, he had fixed it, double and triple checked, and didn't charge me anything. He was incredibly kind and helpful and didn't make me feel dumb. I will come here for all of my car needs now!

Tim and his staff are fantastic. Friendly, up front about cost and time, you couldn't ask for more. They did the relatively new catalytic converter 'cat wrap' service for me. After two attempts on my car, I'd had enough. This place seems like one of the few shops that are prepared and ready to help car owners protect their property from thieves, and I'm grateful for them. And for the peace of mind this gives me, it is well worth the price. I will be coming back here for future services for sure.

Eric and Tim got my Mercury Grand Marquis back to running like a champ. Brought my car in for spark plugs last month and Eric recommended waiting because of a leaking intake manifold. Well, the manifold finally gave way. They said a few days for the repair and had it done in two. Estimate was spot on and I appreciate that they use quality parts. It’s convenient that they have an evening cashier so that you can pick up your car after hours. Great work guys! Merry Christmas. I will be back.
